STILL NO VERDICT IN THE JOHNNY-HEARD TRIAL!

Closing arguments in the publicly open, Depp-Heard $50 million defamation trial, were presented on Friday as the six-week trial comes to a close in the Fairfax County Court, Virginia.

Both of the parties brought about strong arguments, but now its up to the jury to make a final decision on the matter. Evidences involving drugs, alcohol, abuse, self-harm were just some of the wild allegations and testimonies from the trial.

“We ask you to give Mr Depp his life back”, Depp’s attorney, Camille Vasquez told Amber Heard.

"In Mr. Depp’s world, you don’t leave Mr. Depp," Heard’s attorney, J. Benjamin Rottenborn claimed. "If you do, he will start a campaign of global humiliation against you."

As soon as the jury starts deliberating, a verdict could come as early as Friday afternoon, but deliberations are speculated to be extended to next week.

The trial’s final week had begun with a hand Surgeon, Richard Moore’s testimony, that Depp could not have lost the tip of his middle finger the way Depp has confessed in the court.

The trial initiated when Depp sued Heard for $50 million, in referencing to a 2018 op-ed she wrote in the Washington Post, calling herself as a “public figure representing domestic violence”, although Depp’s name was never mentioned in the article.

Heard counter sued Johnny for $100m, asserting Depp to have defamed her painting her claims to be “fake” and a “sexual violence hoax”.

The former couple, were married from 2015 to 2017, with both of them accusing one another for being violent in the course of their relationship.
