Microsoft just recently announced their Surface Laptop Go 2, the most budget-friendly version of the series.

Although same on the outside, with a sleek, modular design, the new version comes with upgraded specs.

Surface Laptop Go was released back in 2020, and the Go 2 version is still iterated in the budget-friendly horizon, making it optimal for casual use and for students.

With an 11th-generation Intel Core i5-1135G7 (4 cores, 8 threads, up to 4.2GHz, 8MB cache) processor, it uses Intel Iris Xe graphics.

With a variation of 4GB, 8GB and 16GB RAM, it gives you Windows 11 in consumer models, and Windows 10/11 Pro in business models.

Featuring a 12.4-inch PixelSense Display, 1536 x 1024, and a 3:2 aspect ratio; it has a 720p HD f2.0 camera.

Weighing just 1.13 kg, you get 128GB and 256GB removable SSDs.

Typical device usage lasts the battery up to 13.5 hours.

For ports, there are 1 x USB Type-C, 1x USB Type-A, a Surface Connect and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

It is available in Platinum, Sandstone, Ice Blue and sage colors.

The updated version of the laptop was announced in June 2, 2022 and the orders have started shipping since June 7, 2022.
