EX-GIRLFRIEND, KATE MOSS, TO TESTIFY IN COURT FOR THE AMBERDEPP TRIAL!

Kate Moss, who briefly dated Johnny Depp in the 1990s, is ready to testify in the ongoing defamation trial between Johnny Depp and his ex-wife, Amber Heard.

The famous supermodel, 48, will be speaking on the trial through a video link, in the court in Fairfax, Virginia.

Earlier this month, Heard referenced supermodel Moss on the stand, when the court discussed about an alleged altercation between Depp and Heard's sister, Whitney Henriquez.

"[Whitney's] back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her," Heard bore witness, on May 17. "I don't hesitate, I don't wait — I just, in my head, instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs."

A Rolling Stone article in 1998, featured Depp saying,"I was with Kate, and I think he went straight for the romance jugular, s*** like whether I beat her enough. I probably told him, 'Yeah, she gets a severe beating.'"

Depp's team were had nothing to counter the 1998 Rolling Stone quote in the court.

The trial initiated when Depp sued Heard for $50 million, in referencing to a 2018 op-ed she wrote in the Washington Post, calling herself as a “public figure representing domestic violence”, although Depp’s name was never mentioned in the article.

Heard counter sued Johnny for $100m, asserting Depp to have defamed her painting her claims to be “fake” and a “sexual violence hoax”.

The former couple, were married from 2015 to 2017, with both of them accusing one another for being violent in the course of their relationship.

The final hearing will be done this Friday on the court!
